This article examines the historical development, structural components, and global application of Phenomenon-Based Learning (PhenoBL), tracing its journey from its foundational role in the Finnish national core curriculum to its current adaptation across diverse global educational systems. Moving away from rigid, subject-isolated academic silos, PhenoBL establishes a holistic pedagogical framework where students study real-world phenomena from multidisciplinary viewpoints. The research details how this student-centered strategy enhances critical thinking, collaboration, and comprehensive problem-solving skills among learners. Through a systematic pedagogical observation and comparative analysis conducted at the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, the structural challenges and institutional adaptations required for implementing PhenoBL within non-Finnish contexts are evaluated. The statistical and qualitative outcomes demonstrate a notable increase in student engagement, analytical text processing, and cross-disciplinary knowledge integration among the experimental cohorts
