Abstract

This article examines the role of innovative pedagogical approaches in developing university students' individual abilities. Particular attention is paid to learner-centered education, competency-based learning, project-based learning, digital technologies, and interactive teaching methods. The findings indicate that innovative pedagogical approaches significantly contribute to the development of students' creativity, critical thinking, independence, and professional competencies
