Abstract

This research article examines the complex relationship pween national values, the physical rehabilitation process, and the development of an individual's aesthetic consciousness. Within the framework of Uzbek national traditions, health is not merely a physical state but an aesthetic harmony pween the body and the spirit. The study utilizes the IMRAD structure to analyze how traditional healing practices, dietary habits, and physical labor rooted in national values contribute to the formation of aesthetic perceptions. The findings suggest that the rehabilitation process, when aligned with cultural identity, enhances the individual's ability to perceive beauty in health and social harmony, leading to a more profound sense of aesthetic well-being
