This article elucidates the variability of case affixes in the Uzbek language and their significance in the process of syntactic analysis. In the language system, case markers, alongside invariant forms, are observed to appear in various variants under the influence of phonetic, historical, dialectal, and stylistic factors. This phenomenon is especially active in live speech, dialect materials, and literary texts, and it requires a broader approach than traditional grammatical description. The article analyzes the causes of the emergence of case variants, their ability to preserve syntactic function, and the problems they create for automatic syntactic analyzers. It is also substantiated that invariant-based analysis is insufficient, and the necessity of a multi-layered model that takes variants into account is demonstrated. The results of the research are of great importance for computer processing of the Uzbek language, improvement of morphosyntactic analysis systems, and automatic analysis of dialectal and historical texts
