PRAGMATIC AND DISCURSIVE APPLICATIONS OF UNIVERSAL VALUE LEXEMES

Abstract

This article investigates the pragmatic and discursive realization of universal value lexemes in contemporary communication. Universal values such as justice, freedom, respect, and dignity function not merely as abstract ethical notions but as dynamic linguistic instruments embedded in literary, legal, media, educational, and phraseological contexts. The research integrates componential, discourse, and linguocultural analysis to determine how axiological vocabulary operates across institutional and cultural frameworks. Particular attention is paid to phraseological embedding and conceptual structuring of values within English and Uzbek linguistic traditions.
