THE ROLE OF SPIRITUAL HERITAGE IN TRAINING FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS

Abstract

This article analyzes the importance of national spiritual heritage in the process of training foreign language teachers and ways of its integration into the educational process. The article highlights the role of spiritual and educational values in the process of language learning, their role in the formation of intercultural communication competence in students. Effective methods of incorporating elements of oral folk art, national values, and historical heritage into curricula for the development of professional competence of foreign language teachers are also considered.
