THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS, ADVANTAGES AND ANALYSIS OF MODERN RISKS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical foundations, practical capabilities, and contemporary development trends of artificial intelligence from a philosophical and social perspective. It examines the advantages of artificial intelligence technologies, including large-scale data processing, automation, efficiency, and accuracy. At the same time, the article considers risks associated with job displacement, algorithmic errors, information security, and ethical responsibility. The experience of the United States, China, the European Union, Japan, and South Korea in the development of artificial intelligence is examined, along with the prospects for advancing these technologies in Uzbekistan. Particular attention is given to the relationship between artificial intelligence and the concepts of human thinking, consciousness, morality, and responsibility
