Abstract

This article explores the relationship between cognitive characteristics and discipline among individuals in various educational and professional settings. It examines how cognitive factors such as intelligence, memory, attention, and problem-solving abilities influence an individual's capacity for self-discipline and adherence to rules and standards. The study employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze data collected from surveys and interviews with students and professionals. Findings indicate that individuals with stronger cognitive skills tend to exhibit higher levels of self-discipline, which in turn positively affects their academic performance and work ethic.
