Abstract

This article examines the distribution of land among economic sectors, the current status of non-agricultural land users, and the organizational challenges associated with non-agricultural land use. It further outlines approaches to addressing land and environmental protection issues in the establishment of non-agricultural land units across various regions, as implemented through land management projects
