IMPROVING THE PRE-COMPETITION TRAINING SYSTEM FOR 15–16-YEAR-OLD ADOLESCENT FOOTBALL PLAYERS

This article outlines the specific features of organizing the pre-competition training phase for 15–16-year-old adolescent football players, optimizing physical and tactical loads, and utilizing an individualized approach methodology. During the course of the study, a set of training exercises aimed at improving the functional capabilities, specialized endurance levels, and psychophysiological states of adolescents was developed and tested in practice. The results indicate that the proposed mesocycle model significantly increases the effectiveness of the players' technical and tactical actions. Furthermore, the study analyzes the role of intercultural competence and individual character traits within the educational-training process
