This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of generating innovative ideas in the field of computer engineering, scientifically substantiating them, and expressing them in the form of academic text. The rapid development of modern information and communication technologies is increasing the need for innovative ideas in computer engineering that are created on the basis of new approaches, technological solutions, and creative thinking. Therefore, in this field, it is important not only to acquire technical knowledge and practical skills, but also to present proposed ideas in a scientific style and to correctly highlight their relevance, purpose, objectives, and practical significance. The article describes the stages of selecting an innovative idea, identifying a problem, studying and analyzing existing scientific sources, developing the idea to the level of a scientific hypothesis, and systematically presenting it in the form of academic text. It also examines the main requirements of academic writing, including logic, coherence, clarity, appropriate use of terminology, objectivity, and reliance on sources, using computer engineering as an example. This work contributes to the development of scientific and creative thinking in the field of computer engineering and to the formation of a culture of academic writing
