Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive comparative analysis of linguistic and cultural intersections within English and Uzbek contexts. By examining diverse elements such as the historical evolution of linguistic typology, the cultural encoding of folk medicine terminology, and the structural nuances of relative pronouns, the study highlights how language serves as a primary vehicle for cultural identity. Furthermore, the research investigates modern pedagogical shifts, including the integration of artificial intelligence in EFL writing assessments and the implementation of criteria-based evaluation in higher education.
