FACTORS INFLUENCING STUDENTS’ PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE PROCESS OF LEGAL EDUCATION

Abstract

This article examines the key factors influencing students’ personal development within the process of legal education. Legal education is considered an essential component of holistic upbringing, shaping not only students’ knowledge of laws but also their legal consciousness, civic responsibility, and ethical behavior. The study analyzes internal and external factors affecting personal development, including family environment, school climate, pedagogical approaches, socio-cultural context, and the use of modern educational technologies. Special attention is given to interactive and student-centered methods that foster critical thinking, legal awareness, and value-based decision-making. The findings indicate that a well-structured legal education process significantly contributes to the formation of responsible, law-abiding, and socially active individuals
