Abstract

The development of language skills constitutes a foundational objective of modern foreign language education. In higher education institutions, the ability to listen, speak, read, and write effectively determines not only academic success but also professional readiness and intercultural competence. This article provides an in-depth exploration of practical, research-based, and humanistically grounded strategies for developing integrated language skills in tertiary-level classrooms.
